Can you also deliver the car and how much does it cost?

The car can be picked up and returned free of charge at our location in Zwolle. We offer delivery and collection services throughout the Netherlands. The rate for on-site delivery or collection is €95 excluding VAT (excluding additional costs, such as ferry, boat, etc.).

Exchange
When we deliver a car to a desired location and can also take another car to our Zwolle location, we charge €120 excluding VAT.

Urgent transport
Need your car extra fast? This is possible with "urgent transport." This applies to:

Please note!
Collection and return, including damage inspection, always take place at our Zwolle location. Mileage information upon departure and return to the Zwolle location is the determining factor for the total number of kilometers driven. The car departs from Zwolle with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank upon return.

In short: the transport kilometers driven and the fuel during transport are the responsibility of the renter.

Damage to the vehicle upon delivery?

It is important to check the condition of your short-term lease car with the driver immediately upon delivery and ensure it matches the delivery form. What is the deductible?

Additions to a non-recoverable deductible:

Window damage:

  • In the event of glass breakage, a maximum deductible of €350 applies.

Tire damage:

  • In the event of a flat tire, an attempt will initially be made to repair it. The actual costs will be charged, up to a maximum of your deductible.
  • If a tire cannot be repaired, it will be replaced. A maximum deductible will be charged for this.

Deviating damage/deductible:

  • For drivers under 24 years of age, the deductible is doubled.

Additional non-recoverable damages within 12 months after the first damage

  • For each additional non-recoverable damage within 12 months of the first damage, the deductible amount will be doubled.
  • In the event of a third non-recoverable damage within 12 months of the first damage, the Lessee has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Please note! Damage resulting from negligence or careless use of the short-lease car is the driver's responsibility and at the discretion of Blankert Shortlease. Can I drive abroad?

Please request permission from Blankert Shortlease in advance. Are you traveling abroad with your short-lease car? Then we recommend taking out good travel insurance and/or an International Travel and Credit Letter (IRK). After approval from Blankert Shortlease, the car will be insured abroad, and you will be offered alternative transportation if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: It is forbidden to drive our cars outside Europe.

What to do in case of damage?
