There are some requirements you need to meet to qualify for a (short) lease car. The most important one is that you can demonstrate sufficient financial capability. This means that your income, after deducting your fixed expenses, is enough to cover the lease amount. We do this primarily for our own financial security, but especially to protect you as a customer.
We conduct this credit check through the Credit Registration Bureau (BKR), which also notifies us if there is any (negative) registration associated with you. Based on the BKR's advice, we determine whether you qualify for a (short) lease contract.
Age limit?
Some leasing companies have an age limit for entering into a lease agreement. This is not the case at Blankert Shortlease. Anyone with a valid Dutch B driving license is eligible.
