You can be driving a car within 1 business day. If you send a quote request through the website, we will promptly provide you with a personalized quote. You can also reach us by phone on weekdays with your preferences at: 038-7200880 For business customers, we kindly request the following to be emailed:

• Copy of the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration showing the entity for which the car will be obtained, and any relevant “parent” KvK registrations indicating the owner/authorized signatory.
• Copy of identification for the owner/authorized signatory,
• Copy of driver’s license + contact details and address of the driver,
• The completed account application form, which you can download HERE.

Based on the provided information, we conduct a credit check. If approved, you will receive all deployment documents from us, including:

• Confirmation of order with all customer details, vehicle information, rates, and any delivery information.
• Deposit invoice with an iDEAL link. We can then immediately verify payment receipt.
• SEPA forms for automatic direct debit. We will then set this up with your bank.

Once we have received the documents and payment, the car can be collected immediately. We can also promptly schedule the transport for you. Please note that transport arrangements made after 4:00 PM during busy periods may not be feasible for the following day.
